Acceptable Use Policy
Responsible use keeps the OceanVPS network safe and reliable for everyone.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
01. Scope and permitted use
This policy applies to OceanVPS VPS, Windows RDP, proxy services and related tools. Use services only for lawful activities for which you have the necessary rights and permissions, including hosting applications, remote administration, authorised testing and legitimate data access. A proxy or server purchase does not grant permission to access any third-party system.
02. Prohibited activity
Do not use our services for phishing, fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, credential stuffing, unauthorised account access, malware distribution, botnets, ransomware, denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised vulnerability scanning. Spam, deceptive messaging, distribution of stolen data and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited. Content or activity involving child sexual exploitation, trafficking or other unlawful exploitation is strictly prohibited.
03. Proxy and automation responsibilities
Respect applicable law, privacy obligations and the access rules of the websites you use. Do not use proxies to commit fraud, bypass access controls without authority or conceal unlawful activity. Collect and handle personal information only where you have an appropriate lawful basis. We do not promise that proxies will bypass CAPTCHAs, account restrictions, detection systems or individual website blocks.
04. Resource and network protection
Keep activity within the CPU, memory, storage, traffic and connection limits of your plan. Do not deliberately overload shared infrastructure or interfere with other customers. Mining, bulk mailing, public proxy resale or other resource-intensive workloads require prior confirmation that the selected plan permits them; they are not automatically authorised by buying a VPS.
05. Security and customer data
Maintain secure credentials, apply updates and investigate signs of compromise promptly. You are responsible for your applications, authorised users and backups. Tell us immediately if you believe your service or account has been compromised. Do not submit credentials or private customer data in public reviews or publicly accessible reports.
06. Abuse reports and action
Report suspected abuse to sultanabibi1366@gmail.com with the affected IP, timestamps and timezone, relevant URLs and redacted evidence. We may investigate and restrict the affected service, ask for corrective action or suspend access where necessary to protect users, infrastructure or comply with legal obligations. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when delay would create risk. Where practicable, we will explain the action and how to request review.
07. Review and related policies
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, reply through the same ticket or email with supporting information. Any refund question is reviewed under our Refund / Replacement Policy and applicable law; this policy does not automatically forfeit every account balance. Infrastructure-provider restrictions relevant to your plan may also apply and should be clarified with support before using an unusual workload.
