Eligible replacement cases include:
• VPS not connecting due to server-side issues • Network failure from our infrastructure • Hardware or virtualization faults • Server-side performance issues • VPS crash or corruption caused by server faults • Dedicated IP not working due to technical faults on our side
100% VPS & IP Replacement Guarantee
If our technical team verifies that the issue is caused by OceanVPS infrastructure, the service will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are NOT considered technical faults:
• “Mera kaam nahi ho raha hai” • Software not working as expected • Login, ID, account or authentication issues • Target website or application not working • Third-party software restrictions • User configuration mistakes • Account bans, blocks or suspensions • Any issue related to the user’s personal use case
OceanVPS provides server infrastructure only. We cannot guarantee the functionality, compatibility, success rate, or results of any software, application, website, account, or activity performed on the VPS.
Therefore, such cases are not eligible for refund, replacement, compensation, or service credits.
Replacement requests must include valid order details and sufficient proof of the reported issue.
We follow a No Refund Policy.
However, if your purchased VPS or IP does not work properly due to technical issues, we guarantee a 100% replacement at no extra cost.
To claim replacement, you must provide your order details and proof of the issue.
